Refund Policy

This policy applies to all digital products, training programmes, and consulting services sold by SAIKARIS SLU (Zenit Tower 2, Carrer dels Paraires 14, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra). By completing a purchase, you accept the terms set out below.

Digital Products and Applications

All sales of software applications and digital tools are final and non-refundable.

Online Training Programmes

A refund may be requested only if the course has not been accessed at all after purchase. Once any course content has been opened, no refund will be issued.

Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed between SAIKARIS SLU and the client.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to contact@saikaris.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase.
  • The product or service purchased.
  • The date of purchase and order reference (if available).
  • The reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Andorra.
